All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

All prices include VAT.

Where applicable, VAT will be shown during checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order becomes legally binding only when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • Pricing errors occur.
  • Stock is unavailable.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Incorrect product information has been supplied by the customer.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Customs procedures;
  • Industrial action;
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

8. Product Installation

Many products require specialist installation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products should be installed by a suitably qualified mechanic or technician.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation;
  • Incorrect fitting;
  • Damage caused during installation;
  • Labour costs;
  • Vehicle recovery costs;
  • Loss of vehicle use.

9. Vehicle Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the part ordered is compatible with your vehicle.

Where possible, customers should verify compatibility using:

  • Vehicle Registration Number;
  • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number);
  • OEM Part Number; or
  • Manufacturer specifications.

We recommend contacting us before ordering if you are uncertain.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

11. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

12. Warranty

Where a manufacturer's warranty is supplied, it remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Unless otherwise stated, Maximum Superior Performance does not provide any additional commercial warranty beyond your statutory consumer rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • Any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including:

  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of business;
  • Loss of opportunity;
  • Loss of income;
  • Vehicle downtime;
  • Labour charges incurred through installation or removal.

This does not apply where such exclusion would be unlawful.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs and branding, remains the property of Maximum Superior Performance or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or updates.

16. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
