Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at maximumsuperiorperformance@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6 Langfield Close, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom, PR2 9FN.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14-Day Cancellation Period (Online Orders)
If you purchase products from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us before the 14-day cancellation period expires by contacting us.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.
Original delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless we have agreed otherwise.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items should:
- Be unused and in a resaleable condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation.
- Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We reserve the right to reduce any refund where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
Products That Cannot Normally Be Returned
Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns for:
- Special order or custom-made products.
- Personalised items.
- Electrical components that have been installed.
- Fluids, lubricants, paints, adhesives or chemicals that have been opened.
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken for hygiene or safety reasons where applicable.
- Software or digital products once downloaded or activated.
- Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or accidental damage.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged;
- Faulty;
- Missing parts; or
- Different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 30 days of delivery, providing:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Photographs where possible.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Automotive Parts Compatibility
Many automotive parts are vehicle-specific.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are compatible with their vehicle before installation.
Where available, please use registration number, VIN or OEM part numbers to confirm compatibility.
If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.
Incorrectly ordered compatible items may be returned under the standard cancellation policy provided they remain unused and in resaleable condition.
Installed Products
We cannot accept returns for products that have:
- Been installed;
- Used;
- Modified;
- Painted;
- Drilled;
- Machined; or
- Damaged during installation,
unless they are faulty under your statutory rights.
We recommend all components are installed by a qualified technician.
Exchanges
If you require a different product, size or specification, please contact us before returning your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take between 3 and 10 working days to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted goods.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.
If the return is due to our error or because goods are faulty, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If an order has already been dispatched, the standard 14-day cancellation procedure will apply.
Business Customers
Business-to-business sales may not benefit from the same cancellation rights available to consumers.
Returns from business customers may be accepted at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
