Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

2. Delivery Services

We work with trusted courier and postal services to deliver your order safely.

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may include:

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Parcel size and weight
  • Delivery method selected

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Free Shipping

5. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Availability will be shown during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their destination country.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless we expressly state otherwise.

We have no control over customs processing times or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

7. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to amend the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel;
  • The address supplied is incorrect;
  • The parcel is not collected from a designated collection point; or
  • Delivery is refused without valid reason,

the order may be returned to us.

Any additional delivery costs incurred for re-delivery may be charged to the customer unless the failed delivery resulted from our error.

10. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with the courier to investigate the delivery and keep you informed throughout the process.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law and our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Photograph the parcel before opening it where possible.
  • Photograph any damaged items.
  • Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Providing photographs helps us investigate and resolve the issue more quickly.

12. Automotive Parts

Many of our products are vehicle-specific.

Please ensure you have ordered the correct part before dispatch.

If you are unsure about compatibility, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Incorrectly ordered parts may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, provided they remain unused and in a resaleable condition.

13. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • Road closures
  • Customs delays
  • National emergencies
  • Courier network disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed where such delays occur.
